1. Returns Eligibility

Due to the nature of wellness and healthcare products, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product was missing from your order
  • The product was delivered in a defective condition

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be made within 24 hours of delivery
  • The product must remain unused and in its original packaging
  • Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging must be provided

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products with damaged or tampered packaging after delivery
  • Products purchased during special sales or promotional offers
  • Items returned without proof of purchase

3. Refund Process

Once your return request is reviewed and approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be transferred via bank account or UPI

4. Replacement Policy

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we may offer:

  • Product replacement
  • Store credit
  • Partial or full refund depending on the issue

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be canceled before they are dispatched
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled
  • To request cancellation, contact our support team immediately after placing the order

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your payment provider or bank
  • If the issue still persists, contact our support team for assistance

7. Return Shipping

  • Customers may be required to ship the product back if requested by our support team
  • Return shipping charges may or may not be reimbursed depending on the case review
