1. Returns Eligibility
Due to the nature of wellness and healthcare products, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
- You received a damaged product
- You received the wrong item
- The product was missing from your order
- The product was delivered in a defective condition
To be eligible for a return:
- The request must be made within 24 hours of delivery
- The product must remain unused and in its original packaging
- Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging must be provided
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used products
- Products with damaged or tampered packaging after delivery
- Products purchased during special sales or promotional offers
- Items returned without proof of purchase
3. Refund Process
Once your return request is reviewed and approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Refund processing may take 5–10 business days
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be transferred via bank account or UPI
4. Replacement Policy
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we may offer:
- Product replacement
- Store credit
- Partial or full refund depending on the issue
5. Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be canceled before they are dispatched
- Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled
- To request cancellation, contact our support team immediately after placing the order
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your payment provider or bank
- If the issue still persists, contact our support team for assistance
7. Return Shipping
- Customers may be required to ship the product back if requested by our support team
- Return shipping charges may or may not be reimbursed depending on the case review
